We edit, reduce and re-purpose existing furnishings to help potential buyers focus on what they are buying, the architectural elements and amenities of the home.  Add-On Options include:  suggestions for new purchases and/or rental of furniture and accessories to augment existing decor.

Our Team of Professionals will create a Staging Plan and select furnishings from our vast inventory of quality furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting, plants and accessories to showcase the property, edge out the competition and allure potential buyers.

Let us recommend  a perfect color palette.  Whether you are preparing your home for sale or refreshing the look of one room or the entire house, we can give you the color suggestions you crave to get the project completed.

We provide basic design guidance and cost-effective options for the selection of tile, counter-tops, paint, appliances, cabinetry, flooring and plumbing fixtures.  This service is especially effective for 'pre-listing' preparations when selling your home.

We carry all our own furniture and accessories which we rent out for our Staging projects.  Periodically we sell items in our inventory to make room for new acquisitions.  Please contact us with requests or watch for warehouse sales.
